Our full line of universal oil absorbent socks all have durable knitted sleeves to keep the filling safely inside. Containing the highest quality synthetic and polymer fill, our sock line includes oil-only socks available in white and blue and universal socks in grey. (See our HazMat section for yellow socks.)

Sweeps (bottom right) are used mostly in marine spill situations. A strong tie allows these sorbents to be dragged over the surface of the water to remove final traces of oil.

Oil Absorbent SWEEPS

SWEEPS

Sweeps are ideal for removing the final oil sheen left on the surface of the water following a marine clean-up. They are constructed from a heavy layer of meltblown polypropylene that is ultrasonically welded to a layer of blue spun bond fabric.
